Booking & Payment

 

 

All services must be booked in advance. Payment terms, including deposits or full payment requirements, will be outlined at the time of booking. Services are not confirmed until payment is received.

 

 

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

 

 

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing. Due to the nature of personalized services, refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis. Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

 

 

Blissful Births by Tahira, LLC is not liable for outcomes related to medical decisions, birth outcomes, or actions taken by clients, medical providers, or third parties. Participation in services is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Blissful Births by Tahira, LLC

 

This Service Agreement outlines the understanding between Blissful Births by Tahira, LLC (“Provider”) and the client (“Client”).

 

 

Nature of Services

 

 

Blissful Births by Tahira, LLC provides non-medical pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support, including education, emotional support, advocacy, and comfort measures. Services do not replace medical care.

 

 

Client Understanding

 

 

The Client understands that:

 

  • The Provider does not make medical decisions

  • The Provider does not provide clinical or diagnostic care

  • All medical decisions remain the responsibility of the Client and their healthcare team

 

 

 

Client Responsibilities

 

 

The Client agrees to:

 

  • Communicate honestly and respectfully

  • Inform the Provider of relevant preferences or boundaries

  • Maintain primary care with a licensed medical provider

 

 

 

Payment & Scheduling

 

 

Payment terms, session length, and scheduling details are agreed upon at booking. Services are not guaranteed until payment is received.

 

 

Cancellations & Refunds

 

 

Due to the personalized nature of services, refunds are not guaranteed. Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

 

 

The Client agrees to release and hold harmless Blissful Births by Tahira, LLC from liability related to medical outcomes, decisions made by healthcare providers, or circumstances beyond the Provider’s control.

 

 

Confidentiality

 

 

All client information is kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

 

 

Agreement Acceptance

 

 

By booking services or signing this agreement, the Client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these terms

Payment Policy

 

 

Celebrating Small Wins Affirmation Cards

Blissful Births by Tahira, LLC

 

Payment is required in full prior to delivery of any digital or physical products.

 

Blissful Births by Tahira, LLC accepts the following payment methods:

 

  • Checks

  • Venmo

  • Cash App

 

 

All payments must be successfully received and cleared before access to digital downloads or shipment of physical products is provided.

 

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital affirmation cards are final and non-refundable. For physical products, refunds or replacements will be considered only in cases of damage or error and must be requested within a reasonable timeframe.

 

By submitting payment, you agree to this Payment Policy.
