Welcome to Blissful Births by Tahira, LLC, where birth is honored as sacred, supported with intention, and surrounded by care.
I’m Tahira Yvonne Givhan — a professionally trained doula, maternal support specialist, and the heart behind Blissful Births by Tahira. I created this space for mothers who want more than just information — They want to feel seen, held, protected, heard, and empowered through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
I lovingly call myself a Birth Fairy because my work goes beyond logistics. I bring calm where there is fear, clarity where there is confusion, and softness where birth has too often been treated as rushed or transactional. My role is to walk beside you — emotionally, physically, and spiritually — as you step into one of the most powerful moments of your life, Motherhood. This is care that sees your whole story, not just your due date.

Under the guidance of the amazing Latham Thomas I was immersed in a transformative journey that truly fueled my work for supporting families during their most significant moments. The virtual and engaging in-depth workshops really energized me, as I embraced the Blissful Births philosophy. I can't wait to continue appling my skills and empowering others on their birth journeys!
